We are local resource for deck cleaning in Raleigh, Cary, Apex and the surrounding areas. When I brought Wood Re New to the Triangle area, I recognized the need for an exterior wood cleaning and restoration company that concentrated on professionalism, high quality products and unparalleled workmanship. That is exactly what you will experience with Wood Re New.
Our unique products and methods are as unique as the experience you will have. ALL of our products are proprietary and produced exclusively by Wood Re New to not only be of the highest quality but to also be 100% environmentally friendly. I am proudly a member of the Raleigh and Wake County Green Home Builder’s Association and they recognize our commitment to protecting the environment by not having chlorines, bleaches or acids in our cleaners or deck stains.
When dealing with exterior wood surfaces like decks, fences, arbors, gazebos, cedar or redwood sided buildings or houses, Wood Re New uses a two-step process. The first employs cleaning the surface and removing all algae, molds, mildews, dirt, grime and gray from the wood. This cleaning uses an environmentally friendly cleaner (NO bleaches, chlorines, or acids) and a low-pressure water system. Using low-pressure water is important to protecting the wood from scarring or damage that high-pressure systems produce.
Once the wood surface has been cleaned, the second step is protecting your beautiful wood with the proprietary Wood Re New deck stain. Wood Re New is a very unique company that prides itself with providing a high-end commercial grade stain. Our proprietary stain gives maximum protection from harmful UV rays and also provides outstanding water resistance while accenting the beautiful wood grain. It is a truly unique combination of beauty and outstanding protection of your exterior wood surfaces that is unparalleled by anything else on the market today.
One area that is overlooked when choosing a deck stain is the maintenance of your deck. If you choose the wrong stain, it can very easily become a maintenance nightmare. Most over the counter products are surface applications that have very little penetration into the wood itself. When the sun’s UV starts to break down a surface application product, it can have uneven wear and could cause the homeowner to strip the old product off of the deck before applying a new stain, which could become a very costly process. The Wood Re New deck stains are fully penetrating products that will NOT experience this uneven surface wear. Reapplications of the stains penetrate over the existing stain and will give you that even and consistent look year after year.
