Chamber of Commerce Mission

Investing in a chamber membership offers you the opportunity to express your business commitment to the Louisburg Community. Membership also offers the opportunity to discuss and address business and economic issues important to our community with other members and community leaders.
Members are included on the chamber’s website under the chamber directory, with their own business page of detailed information and a link to their business website. Members can advertise on the home page of the chamber’s website for a small fee.
Members can use the chamber’s bulk mail permit, discounting required postage costs, for mailings of two hundred pieces or more, following U.S. Postal Service guidelines.
Members receive an email chamber update from the chamber office regularly.
Members can keep promotional items, flyers, business cards etc. in the chamber office to advertise their business. These items are used in welcome packets distributed to new area residents, and given to walk in visitors at the chamber office.
The chamber also promotes members through newspaper ads, at community events and other promotional events whenever possible, encouraging the public to shop locally and in Miami County.
Members may attend monthly Board of Director’s noon meetings, the second Friday of each month, and are encouraged to inquire about serving as a director. General membership meetings are scheduled twice a year, an annual dinner meeting in the Fall and a Summer lunch meeting. Check with the chamber office to find out where the meetings are being held
Members receive an attractive chamber plaque to hang in a visible location representing their association with the Louisburg Chamber of Commerce.
Members can host a chamber “After Hours” mixer at their business location. The chamber helps with scheduling and publicizing the event. The chamber can also schedule and assist members with reception type events relating to their business and will invite the Chamber membership.
